Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Berry Cultured. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of original receipt for a full refund.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original packaging and unwashed/unused to be eligible for a full refund. Returns not meeting these criteria will either be denied or subject to a partial refund. 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@berrycultured.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) will be initiated immediately.
Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed within 10-15 business days.
This refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
